Personally, I - and every psychiatrist, psych nurse, and mental health professional I’ve ever known - think it’s a load of bullshit.

Is it possible it does exist, but none of us have encountered an actual case of it? Sure. Fibromyalgia is a real disorder, despite also being considered fake or malingering for many years.

Hell, not all trannies are larpers, either.
A lot of them have something else (sometimes even just plain 'tism) that they only think is gender dysphoria because the interenet, an attentionwhore parent, or a doctor who either wants to trans people or is afraid of being fired for 'conversion' told them it is.

And with actual gender dysphoria, at this point, trying to cure it with therapy, trying to understand where the gender dysphoria comes from (like body issues from SA), trying to cure dysphoria with anything other than surgery, a lot of these things don't happen before someone gets butchered anymore.

Gender dysphoria not caused by something else, where the ONLY treatment that will work is transition, is also something very rare that people are LARPing because of social contagion (and groomers).

I used to think I was trans as a young teen because of being a tard and also a tumblrina. Turns out all I had to do to cure my gender dysphoria was 1. Finish puberty and generally let my autist brain catch up to and adjust to the rapid changes, and 2. get tf away from Tumblr.

Tumblr trans shit often makes tards hyperfocus on their gender, and often the more time you spend obsessing over something, the more wrong it'll start to feel, it's like self-induced gender dysphoria.
Especially when it comes to childish tards that can't cope with physically becoming an adult and already aren't happy about having boobs.

Tards also have trouble comprehending that cis women don't ~feel female~ on the inside, they just feel neutral, and think that feeling neutral means they're an enbie or a candle or whatever.

It's things like this that makes trannies 6 times more likely to be autistic than cis people.
It gives us a lot of lolcows, but it's also pretty sad that autists and rape victims and other vulnerable people are letting their lives be ruined even further by their problems, and it's somehow considered woke to enable this self destruction.

I'm still baffled that someone with potential gender dysphoria has to have their delusions validated and their body mutilated in an attempt to match their delusion, when that's not the course of action taken with anorexics and schizo's for a very good reason.

I read a book last year written by a psychologist that practiced for 25 years. In her thousands of patients she said she only saw one client that she might say had DID. This client had a very traumatic childhood and the IA test the shrink gave her put her in the genius category.
Even with the experiences she had with this client she would not definitively that she had DID.

There's some evidence that it's an autoimmune disorder. They took antibodies from people diagnosed with fibro and from healthy people and put them in mice.

In a couple days the mice with the fibro antibodies showed signs of fibro, mostly sleepiness and confusion. The other mice did not alter their behavior.

In a couple weeks the fibro mice went back to normal.

This is obviously only in mice and one small study. More research is required, and on humans. However it's good enough for me to say it's autoimmune. I hope someday there's a blood test to diagnose it. It won't stop the munchies but it'll be a relief for the true sufferers.

Fibro is a lot more than pain. There are at least two hundred symptoms that different people with fibro have said they suffer from in support groups. Pain and fatigue are the most common, followed by brain fog and sensitivity to touch. Clothes can be unbearable.

Personally I don't have much pain, but I have unrelenting fatigue and sleepiness and almost all of the neurological symptoms. I can express myself better in text than verbally. I'll forget words midsentence, say odd things because I lose my train of thought at random times. It's very annoying. I sound like a tard.

The test is light pressure on several spots on your back. The light pressure is enough to cause an incredible amount of pain. More than 12 painful spots, congratulations.
