It was supposed to be making fun of children's channels on youtube. That's literally exactly how they do their videos. I really didn't enjoy it though and didn't find it very funny. Judging by the amount of views not too many other people did either.

The last Hydewars episode (53) had a pretty similar thing going on where Sam bought a bunch of lootcrate garbage and unboxed it at gas stations while making fun of it which culminated in him doing a mock giveaway (read: throwing it out in a garbage bag in a ghetto neighborhood). This video ended up being a lot funnier though because of the toxic plastic fumes and human shit gagging at the end.
