Fuck it I'll do it. Here is the Reddit account- funnily enough stopped posting after the exposé (it wasn't deleted like I thought it was). The name is the same as one of his book's characters as well as an alt account of his- though as I said it's quite a generic Roman name.
But Pat has a long and colourful history of thirsting after mtf trannies:
