They didn't EFAP it. I made a 2-hour video three years ago which I purposely inflated by repeating some clips over and over. The video does contain some of my actual opinions, but I made it specifically to get a response and to ensure it would be next-to-impossible to do an EFAP coverage on it. Callum made a couple of comments under the video which I responded to, but that was about it.Which EFAP episode was that? Were you just pretending to be retarded, or was it at least in part your actual opinion?
If you must watch it, here it is, plus the followup:
Note, I was using an old Logitech microphone to do my commentary at the time, so the audio for those sections is pretty poor.
By the way, rewatching my Followup video, I've been reminded of a lot of good points that LexingtonSteel made. Basically that he proposes that Callum's mode of criticism is to watch the film from point A to B to C, etc, pause and write some criticism about that moment, and move on. It's basically what Cinema Sins does, which is a very poor method of judging the worth of a film. Real film critics would try to determine why something was done in a particular manner, why something is cut here and added there. Callum just takes it all very practically and doesn't look very far beyond the surface.
