Kinda wild to see a lawyer, especially an "cyber law expert", continuously argue against the entire concept of prior restraint but I guess Harvard Law isn't sending their best onto Twitter.
Elon should probably consider banning Alex from Twitter so he doesn't spread more stochastic terrorism like this suggesting all the ways he thinks people could potentially commit crimes after reading something on Twitter. If you think Elon is dangerous about what he might do in the future just imagine someone from Harvard Law currently constantly posting every bad idea he has that he thinks someone could do that those people will read on Twitter and say "this Alex guy has a good idea, I should send bomb threats to the FTC."
He also seems to be suggesting that the FTC might change its rulings based on random threats from random semi-anonymous people, who does he think they are, Cloudflare?
