We call what you did vexatious or frivolous- she can ignore it. If you were right she would have to act- as it is she can bin your letter without any consequence. If you count that as a win you must thoroughly enjoy losing- which given your record in life would not surprise me.

is it? surely the status quo is a win for them and changing it your goal else what was the point of your letter- until they have complied you cannot claim to have won in any meaningful sense.
If i told a client 'yeah i wrote a letter demanding your compensation so we won as they haven't replied, although, i don't have any compensation' that would not be a win.

about your man's alleged hormones: Chinese manufacturers are notorious for selling things they can't actually deliver, so unless it's been tested and confirmed a third-party analytical lab, there is no guarantee that any Chinese-made pharmaceutical will be what it says it is on the label

I really fucking doubt that, honestly.
But regardless of how you're maintaining it, you really do have to chop it. See, hair isn't actually made of living cells, so once you damage it to the point that it's a hideous, frizzed out mess of split ends, it's toast. You can't just start taking care of it and fix it, because hair doesn't "heal", that's just something they say to sell conditioner.
Essentially, your hair is irreparably damaged. You gotta chop it and start fresh. I'd recommend shaving your head, and trying to shower regularly this time.
If it's any consolation, shaving your head really won't make you look any more or less masculine than you currently do.
