It would be prohibited under the Speech Act of 2010. So he could conceivably get a judgment in Canada but be prohibited from collecting it in the United States as such liability does not exist under Section 230. I'm not sure Null would even bother defending it in Canada but that would obviously be a choice between him and his counsel.

Lucas is well below average in intelligence. Lucas often comes across as his mind being foggy in his streams, for whatever reasons.
Lucas just threw together some document he in his foggy mind thought looked convincing and posted it so the GFM victims would stop complaining.
Lucas is IQ80 or below and thought he did a swell job and the "agreement" looked super genuine.

Then someone Lucas knows and trusts told him "that shit looks faker than an ms-paint passport pic in a 419 scam" and lucas took it down.

You can but it's generally pretty expensive and time-consuming and in the case of a foreign libel judgment in particular, the U.S., largely because of ridiculous UK defamation cases bullshit, passed something called the Speech Act in 2010 effectively blocking the domestic collection of foreign libel judgments that wouldn't have passed muster in the U.S., essentially requiring such claims to be relitigated anyway to a First Amendment standard.

That doesn't mean Lucas might not do it to appease his retarded followers, though, much as Samuel Collingwood Smith thought it was worth his time and money to sue Dynastia and get an uncollectable worthless judgment against him.

Didn't he admit to a history of hard drugs? Maybe he's still doing some of them. An addict is an addict for life and he's more than likely got people in his life with access to drugs with all the shady people he runs with.

He says he's making six figures with his streaming, where's it all going? He rents, has no children, is online so much that that's his only hobby.

Or maybe the past drug use has fried his brain. Humans are pretty complex, we don't know why some people in a family can take X prescription but others in the same family develop life-threatening reactions to it. That's just wrt legal drugs that have been studied for decades. I highly doubt we've studied the illegal drugs nearly as much, because what ethical board would give permission?
 
I'm glad Kiwifarms is back.

The Destiny substack article was pretty good. Other than calling Kiwifarms a shithole (it's not, it's warm and comfy).

During the downtime, every now and then, I went and checked what was happening around the Keffalsphere. Destiny raises an interesting point in his article, why do no one brings up how much Keffals is full of hatred / is a bully himself, or all the other weird/bad things he does. All the Twitter/Discord interactions I've seen are Keffals spouting insults at his interlocutor, treating anyone else with contempt. There's clearly a lot of problems inside his head. Lots of projection about being a loser, too. Being terminally online probably contributes a lot to this behavior; probably would piss his pants being frowned at IRL. Then stream it for clout.

He's very volatile, unhinged, I can't believe he has many IRL connections or support; not many normal people would risk putting up with that. And the abnormal usually drag the people around them down.
