I was actually too busy being vaguely confused by the painted patch on her upper arm (shooping a tattoo out I guess) and the incredibly uncomfortable stance, took me a while to notice the skinned arm. At least it’s not as horrific and raw-looking as some of them, but it’s mostly hidden in the photo. A picture of her with both arms hanging my her side, or using her left hand, would be a lot more telling.
Dooleys posts are so curated. It’s as if she were writing a travel brochure to advertise her life, or something. So uncomfortably “relaxed and happy with myself”. Maybe it’s just how she writes, or something’s lost in translation, but she comes across as desperately trying to pretend everything is great, all of the time. Maybe she just feels a responsibility to create an “ideal life” for other FtM to aspire to. Whatever the reason, it makes me wonder what’s going on behind the mask. Is she desperately unhappy and having second thoughts? Is her creepy-looking boyfriend abusing her somehow? Or it could just be that she doesn’t know how to human emote, like all the other autistic gender weirdos. Makes me wonder though.

Since it's just regular fat and skin tissue it can be warped as much as boobs can. Gravity will likely affect them eventually.

You do have to wonder if the doctors/surgeons doing these surgeries match the same psychological profile as someone like Dr. Mengele.
If you did think like that then this would be the perfect situation. You get to perform whatever fucked up surgery you want, people actually pay you for the privilege for you to slice em up, and if they're unhappy with the results they'll be ostracized by their community so they shut the fuck up.

You know when you see some of these fucking things, like rot pockets with shit turning black and dropping off, or those fucking arm cocks that just look like fucking tubes of meat with no attempt to even make them resemble real dicks, and then hear about the surgeons "it's totally fine, part of the healing process" responses, followed by just ghosting the troon, who grows increasingly desperate, it makes me wonder if some of these surgeons are just sociopaths that have stumbled on a easy way to graft thousands from customers who will be silenced by other troons if they dare to speak out.
