The person in question's job position is "Associate Customer Service Engineer", aka barely above entry-level IT/SRE customer support. They have no power to be influencing any stock or customer.

It looks like there are stock options, but has a 4-year vesting schedule like most public big tech. For a relative newbie to the company, it's probably not a lot.
