MASSIVE Erection Thread 2016 - Lizard has the advantage. Trump is spiraling towards defeat.
As big of an asshole as Trump is racism isn't a crime. If given the choice I'll take the loud mouthed bigot over the corrupt crook who commits multiple felonies and brags about how untouchable she is.
Why does everyone hate the third parties? I think you guys just want to see the world burn under Trump or bern under Bernie. Gary Johnson won't make the world do either.
The Green and Libertarian parties are full to the brim of pot-smoking hippies, and the Constitution party hasn't ever really put up anyone all that inspiring.
Feel free to move to Europe and let the government take away all your income and give it to Syrian rapists. I'll stay here, protected by the Great Wall of Trump.

Why does the Democratic Party feature such disproportionate representation from uncommitted delegates, compared to the Republicans? Reince Preibus and other GOP higher-ups have often expressed their dissatisfaction with Trump, so wouldn't they be trying to muscle him out the same way Hillary has effectively locked out Sanders?

This is one of the many problems with the US system. Essentially a small number at the top apply significant encouragement and generally get their way, especially in the Democratic Party. This way we get center-right candidates like Obama and Bill Clinton. Republicans allow the unwashed masses to choose so they select polished salesmen or hayseeds. We have no significant left-leaning representation on the national level.
If we did, we would have gotten the public option or single payer in "Obamacare", we would have cut military spending to 60% of what it currently is, the FICA tax cuts wouldn't have been extended, FICA would be aligned to meet unfunded SS/Medi liabilities, and we wouldn't have the ridiculous tax expenditures we have year-to-year. The DoE would be kicking in more to relax tuition pressures on students and there would be knowledge work programs supporting innovation. That's how you maintain a responsible budget today and facilitate growth for tomorrow while not cutting grandpa's throat.
By uncommitted candidates, I mean the 'superdelegates' who put in their nomination at the convention itself, and aren't obligated to respect the popular vote in their state. A lion's share of these guys (who make up about 30% of the total number of delegates for the Dems iirc) have apparently already indicated their support for Clinton.
The AP powiedział(a):
After the contests in Iowa and New Hampshire, Sanders has a small 36-32 lead among delegates won in primaries and caucuses. But when superdelegates are included, Clinton leads 481-55, according to the AP count. It's essentially a parallel election that underscores Clinton's lopsided support from the Democratic establishment.
