Well, sort of. The comic keeps trying to play “will they won’t they” with both Lily and Ashley and the guy Charlie is into. It’s annoying when straight couples do it, it’s just as bad when gays do it.

This comic and Charlie’s parents are why I say her mom is implied homophobic.
