No. There are too many genetic variables.

Take Mendel's classic example of a pea plant with the genes for height "Tt". One dominant and one recessive. The possible variants are TT 25%, Tt 50%, and tt 25%. Visually 75% would present the traits of the dominant gene. 25% chance the "clone" would be shorter than the parents.

That's just one example and there are countless genetic variations.
