So his plan is to refinance to get the equity its gained just from the value going up over the last couple years? And use the money for what exactly? He is such a maniac financially. Holy shit.

Considering where we are heading now i would assume that his condo will loose value soon. After all a house is only so much worth as someone is willing to pay for it. And where I live prices are stagnating or even slowly going down. If we get a crash this winter he might be in for a very rude awakening

Seattle/Spokane/Redmond is an American tech corridor second only to Silicon Valley. Not even the eastern seaboard holds a candle to it. A dozen massive businesses would need to collapse for his property to begin to drop in value and if that happened he’d have much larger problems than not being able to leverage his equity.

"Until I get to a point until maybe I can do something that has nothing to do with this business." Does this man think that if he just waits around, another job is going to fall on his lap when he wills it? This is the most defeated and honest that I have heard phil be in a while. To be honest, in the big picture side of things, Phil has 'lost' and it is all his own doing. He acknowledges there's a money hole he can't fill but instead of coming up with a solution, he wants to dig another money hole to try and bury the other.

Spokane is more of a Meth corridor, but since "tech" is a street name for meth, your comment is still kinda valid!

If there's anybody out there still getting upset, angry, or annoyed that DSP is still making tons of money from streaming, let this be further proof as to why there's no need to be. The dude filed for bankruptcy and learned nothing. Not only that, but he still has nothing to show for this legacy despite making millions from it. Even if you're living paycheck to paycheck, you're still doing better than DSP and you aren't braindead fucking stupid like he is, who is literally just throwing all his money into an empty void with no return. I would bet a thousand dollars that he probably scratches tally marks on his bedroom walls just counting down the days until he get more credit cards to wrack up debt on again.

I looked at their Youtube channel and they aren't even subscribed to DSP, seems weird because this person said they watched the Elden Ring playthrough yet never subscribed or chatted or became a member? Looks like he only chatted with superchats and started a tipping war with himself. He also superchatted in £, yet in their videos is clearly not from the UK based on their accent, but I don't know if it's easy to fake or change your currency.

Its not totally out of the norm, there are a lot of retarded people on this planet and they seem to find their way to Phil eventually.

Yes.

You can tell because one the guys said "i didnt tip you! the other guy was impersonating me!!"

and Phil said

"oh i guess the other guy was impersonating the first guy, idk. okay chat how do i beat this part?"

If that were 1mm/silent bob, or someone else actually being impersonated, phil would ban the imposter on site, halt the stream, and rant for 20 minutes.
 
I'm not really getting this seething about Phil making money, he makes fuck all in the grand scheme of things and even then he still fucks it up.

This 250 he got is already spent and he's going to be bitching on the night stream and banning anyone who brings up the 250 he already got.
