He'll run to the tribunal and they'll point out the regularly invoked statement canadian courts love in situations like this - that they don't consider truth to be a valid defense or reason for making 'hateful' statements or actions when you get taken to court over it. wouldn't be the first time

Does the HRT outrank or act parallel to the supreme court? Essentially, do they have grounds to step in here in any capacity?
 
Yaniv is not a cow that I follow very much because unlike most others, I cannot find any of it to be funny or entertaining. His actions are disgusting at best and fury-inducing at worst. I can't even go that far into the lore with him because every time I do I get sickened that I'm sharing a planet with this Meatloaf lookin' knuckle fucker.

I want to be happy that this happened, but I have a sneaking suspicion that this ruling is going to face backlash from the same type of freaks that go on twitter to spam lies defending their ilk, the same type that give updoots to Keffels' "ratio" tweets. And that could make Yaniv look like a victim to someone who isn't clued in.....

.....but then again, it feels like things have changed in the past year or so. If this last June was any indication, the Trans 'community' that lives online and promotes degeneracy has been taking a lot of L's and the regular Joe sixpack is starting to feel comfortable with calling these mental patients out for what they are.

Is this what hope feels like?

I want to remind everyone again that when Jonathan was just suing a few women in BC:

1) Our forum threads about him were removed from Google.
2) My Twitter account was banned for talking about him - and we still banned from having a KF Twitter account to this day.
3) My YouTube account was terminated for putting him in a thumbnail of a stream before the stream even strated.
4) The only reason he got any publicity was that Twitter started banning very high profile feminists calling out his BC lawsuits.

This absolute fucking menace to society had total control over very large social media platforms because he was friends with the people at the top.

If a few trannies suddenly want to "cash in" for Twitter & Reddit ass pats then let them go for it, it won't change the general feelings of sane folks and more importantly won't change this recent judgement. He isn't liked on or off-line, even within the ABC community. Any initial support he had with the BCHRT* was ogre who couldn't slime off fast enough when the shit hit the fan ie when public opinion became obvious and yaniv became yesterday's news. Every court case since then has had tranny communities distancing themselves more so.

The only obvious support is his mother. If she wants to open up her Twitter and rant away I'm all for it as I've quite missed the old bat's screechings.

I always feel that photo in particular is a bog-standard "meet and greet" pic. I wouldn't be surprised to hear yaniv got his autograph too.

Indeed. Given the way the court cited his prior behavior, it’s pretty clear that he knew or should have known he’d never be able to prove the elements of defamation. What purpose does labeling him a vexatious litigant have if not to award costs to the defendants? As usual, Can-a-DUH screws up even when it does right.

I think Yaniv was just too openly degenerate for even the trans community to defend. They'll still defend Keffals because he isn't out there deliberately targeting immigrants with meritless lawsuits.
