So he might have been defending the site in terms of it being raided for "promoting prostitution" with no knowledge of the underage stuff (if it was actually an issue... did the indictment actually get anywhere?). I hate defending this guy but I think the article is overblown.

Edit: Indeed, none of the implications about underage work or human trafficking in the indictment seem to have resulted in any actual charges, the CEO just got a six-month prison sentence for promoting prostitution.
