Why doesn't Labelle get that not all minorities are talented for movies? This is just like the SJWs getting pissed at the oscars for not having enough black people. If a black person wins an Oscar, they shouldn't need to ask, "Did I get this because I earned it, or because I'm black?"

Assigned gender at birth is the fancy term for biological sex. I think she means on legal documents, getting a gender recognition certificate or having your birth certificate redone used to be necessary for marriage if you were marrying someone of the same sex but a different gender.
