Colours are different too, this is in my opinion detrimental, but perhaps he just used 2 devices and screenshotted the instagram post, here's why:
You can use the Instagram app to launch the camera and take photos, apply gay filters. The photos might not be necessarily stored locally, or the user just didn't know where it's stored, which is sometimes its own folder.
Nick saw this and took a screenshot, cropped out some parts to make the twitter post. This can explain the difference in colours.

So to summarise, the account mrkrabs9000 belonging to some gayopper hitches on several broken trends which is not evidence one way or another. As I've said, just because someone has a habit of x (watching gay porn) doesn't mean they cannot break it for once (watching tranny porn). Any evidence based on naming, banner, and posting habits are shit. As of now, I personally think it's an elaborate gayop but there is no evidence one way or another. We're not in the court of law and Nick watches Euphoria which is essentially troon porn, but my opinion is, mrkrabs9000 is a pretty smart gayop.
What does this mean?
1. If he is Nick, you know what it means.
2. If he isn't Nick, this is an even bigger L. All his gayper generals are so easily manipulated into following a completely fake account, his movement is leakier than his asshole after a gay orgy. All it takes is some Sponge Bob sounding account to following some people to socially engineer such a gayop and basically infiltrate the movement. This was done publicly too. Think about it, a hive of retards uncritically followed back because the account sounded like him. They didn't bother to ask him until the troon porn was discovered, then it's maximum copium and damage control.
