I've PL'd about having bipolar disorder before. When I'm manic I sometimes go into psychosis. I'm usually aware of it and know the auditory hallucinations aren't real, but they seem real! My brain really does fire off bad signals that make me think I'm hearing a voice calling my name coming from the next room. It's creepy as hell. I haven't had an episode in about 15 years, and I never want to have another one. I love my antipsychotics.

Here's a follow up question for all the troons reading this thread.

If the term woman is a completely meaningless term, why transition? If the physical body doesn't matter when it comes to being a woman, why do you waste money on feminization surgeries?
