We should have the same death penalty system as Japan has. Kill one person, jailed. Kill more than one person, hanged and disposed of. Its that simple but for some reason a lot of people get all up and arms about the death penalty.

Like somehow THAT was the most important bit out of a child nearly dying and a grown man hitting some teenage girls in response.
