We're talking independent YouTubers (ex. Theme Park Review, Suzy Lu, Ray William Johnson, etc.) not corporations as they don't qualify as YouTubers. Whereas with Theme Park Review, his strict copyright rules are reasonable and he's only protecting his work from bootlegging. There are many people who abuse the copyright system to silence detractors, Suzy Lu, Spax3 and Ray William Johnson to be some of the most notorious and in many cases these copyright takedowns are borderline illegal.
