Even more weirder after just NOW finding about Gilbert’s passing.
May his laugh forever live long in the afterlife.

As sad as Gottfried’s passing is, he can rest peacefully knowing that his sudden and upsetting death is still funnier than anything Seth Rogen has done.

If we're sharing our favorite Gilbert spots, this one is my favorite Aflac commercial. I remember as a kid randomly remembering it and trying not to laugh hysterically in public at church or whatever:

It extra sucks because Trevor Noah was actually decently funny on the British Panel Show circuit pre-Daily Show (his QI appearance was great). Now, current year has made comedians everywhere, but especially from TERF Island, un-funny (Frankie Boyle is in an even more extreme boat). @CWCissey and other Bongs will understand.
Just sad all the way around.

First I saw him was a stand-up special filmed in Miami, he was actually funny. He's a preacher, now.

Jesus Christ, why are all the funny people dying so young??! RIP Gottfried, your amazing comedic presence and memorable comedic voice will be sorely missed
Still my favourite role of his. Really brought some much needed laughs to this aging show.

Gottfried passed away today? I really wasn't expecting that. I hope his family and friends are OK.
(I mainly remember him as the voice of the parrot in Aladdin.)
