This made me wonder, in theory would there even be anything illegal about it? Say you start a GFM or just a simple donation link, not for a specific goal like SRS but in general (IE "help a closeted trans woman pay her bills") would you be under legal obligation to "prove" you're trans? Because as I said you could easily claim to be in the closet due to transphobia and your marginalized status as a poor person, and once you decide to drop the act just claim you detransitioned. With the current state of affairs how would that constitute a crime if anyone can claim to be trans and gatekeeping is transphobic?

Saw this article just now, it's about a documentary on birth control, which really isn't on topic for this thread, except that the handmaidens of Jezebel made it all about trannies because:

Except, fair Kiwis, the filmmakers put this statement at the start of the whole thing:

The Business of Birth Control opens with the following statement: “The filmmakers want to acknowledge the use of gendered language throughout this documentary. While menstruation is experienced across the gender binary, the film itself specifically focuses on the historical and lived experiences of cis-women who menstruate. The emphasis on this narrative is not an intentional erasure of the men and nonbinary folks around the world who also experience menstruation. We, as well as those featured in the documentary, are always learning and seeking to do better.”

But, that wasn't good enough because the trannies weren't centered and given enough screen time in a film that the reviewer also said tried to cover too much in only 94 minutes. Make up your fucking mind you stupid bitch.

Oh, and the author also complained about "ageism", because the focus was on young women. Which is probably because old farts like myself are getting to the point where birth control isn't needed anymore because our uteruses have stopped working - or will soon.
