Arrest for Nader for breaking terms of peace bond in Canada under CC 810 (1) of the criminal code. Nothing for Chantel. The legal system will always view her as the victim, and Nader as the perp, so any consequence will fall on him not her. She can't change the order, but she's also not legally required to abide by it, and if Nader responds he's the only one who has broken anything. The only way this would change is if Chantel has an order filed against her too which is unlikely to happen since the criminal system wont recognise a victim as a perp.

She normally books rooms under false names, why not this time? As for Nader's motivation, it must be financial/drug desperation. I cant see any other reason. . .

Unless the police thing is all made up and they are staging this entire nonsense for views? Do we actually have proof Nader has an order aside from FB reporting?

Since you require Canadian terminology it is a peace bond in Canada under CC 810 (1) of the criminal code. It's the Canadian equivalent of an AVI. People know what an AVI is, people do not know what a peace bond is.
