You claim to not be familiar with KF but use the term troon several times. This is not common outside of very specific communities like KF, ED, SA, lolcow.farm, and certain 4/8chan boards. Unless you have picked this up very recently by lurking, it doesn't make sense to me that you would use it without some familiarity of lolcow culture. You also use the full name of the cow, presumably for SEO purposes. This is not normal for a tangential person who joined just to share the dirt they had.
It is very common for cows (or associates) to try to flood their own thread with disinformation to muddy the waters or misdirect criticism. The information you have provided is appreciated if it is legitimate, but you have to understand there being some amount of skepticism. I don't expect you to doxx yourself but it is understood that everything on this website is hearsay until verified by a second party. This is especially true if the poster has joined extremely recently.
You have posted a picture that appears to be of Lucas so I am inclined to believe you. I would still ask how you came across this thread so early and what your familiarity with this side of the internet is. Again, I don't want to come across as aggressive, but it I were Keffals my next step after DFE would be to enlist my discord friends to flood this thread with misinfo. Janke attempted the same tactic just a couple months ago.
