This again may be me reading way too much into things, but I do feel like I have almost never seen a troon talk about going down on a cis woman they are supposedly in relationships with. Being trans supposedly means you suffer from gender dysphoria, a mental illness that makes a person feel as though they are the wrong gender, treatments for gender dysphoria would be aimed at making the person no longer have those feelings, or failing that, make them able to deal with those feelings in ways that aren't destructive. Transitioning is considered to be the most effective treatment for gender dysphoria, that's a very drastic procedure, yet if someone has gender dysphoria, transition is supposed to start immediately.

if I had a mental illness, I wouldn't want the psychiatrist to go straight to the most extreme treatment available, like if I had schizophrenia, I wouldn't want to go straight to ECT or lobotomy, I'd want to start with therapy, and if that doesn't work, medication, and so on. That's what brain studies of trannies show. They argue that the studies show they have a "women's brain", however studies of gay men also show a feminized brain.

Tranny brain studies that use TIMs into women only, do not show this feminized brain.

Any study that controls for sexual orientation or doesn't use exclusively homosexual troons, all show the big difference in their brain is a part of the brain that deals with self perception. A similar area that is different in people with body dysmorphia.

Gender Dsyphoria is just a variant of body dysmporphia and we should start treating it as such.

Trannys & Scientists know this. This is why they shut down studies like the below. They were trying to develop therapeutics by scanning the brains of people experiencing gender dysphoria.
