Any idea what tank refueling operations look like? I would assume fuel trucks are kept well in the rear and tanks cycle back but I really have no clue. I can't imagine a fuel truck being anywhere near the front lines.

More accurately the EU did alongside the US. The entire reason the revolt happened in 2014 is because the government made a deal with Russia instead of the EU to repair their economy.
