Nick went to Dick's house for road rage LA, and yesterday he also recorded a biggest problem episode with Dick and Vito, they talked about Ralph a couple of times during the show, for example at the beggining they are talking about fat people,lymphedema, adipose tissue and Ralph.

I'm beginning to wonder if Dick plans to make Ralph his next Maddox.
Not in the co-host sense, but the mustache twirling special needs villain role Maddox played in the initial Dick show rise.
Ralph and Maddox are more similar than you might think, but Ralph takes it all to 11 plus you get all the wigger hilarity. And something tells me his antics are a lot less likely to result in too expensive civil lawsuits.

I wondered for a long time why Dick Masterson doesn't ditch Ralph the same way why many of Ralph's associates refuse to ditch him despite his behaviour and how disloyal he is towards them.
It is different for different people. Ralph was Rekieta's client. Gator might have really thought of Ralph as a friend instead of his slave master. Warski implied that Ralph had plenty of blackmail material and kept folders of his associates.
The Metokur vs Ralph therapy session confirmed a lot of this where Ralph claimed he doesn't have a folder on Gator else he could have told the world that Gator felt suicidal after flunking a test. I find him admitting to wrongdoing by denying it at the same time fascinating to be honest.
For Dick Masterson, after seeing how Ralph cried to Masterson about him being bludgeoned at Portugal, I have to agree with you.
Dick Masterson tries his best not to get dragged along Ralph's misadventures as seen from him lying to Ralph so that he doesn't become his best man at Vegas and he doesn't get dragged along with him at Portugal. However, he needs to convince Ralph that he is not an alawg so that Ralph can come onto his show and make a fool out of himself.
I admit, it made Masterson's show interesting when Ralph owed up to what really happened at Portugal. It wasn't a mugging. He picked a fight with the locals and he got one.

Ralph and Dax are VERY similar people, Ralph is just dumber shorter and fatter.

Ralph cleans it up for Dax. My guess is Ralph is also a flaggot on behalf of anyone who Daddy Dax tells him to go after. There is probably some business stuff happening behind the scenes because Dax went to Vegas TWICE to meet with Ralph (Unless Dax was there for business with his marketing company and Ralph went creepy UwU fan girl... But from what I've heard it seems unlikely). Dax probably teaches him how to do shitty shady things, remember what Gator said about Ralph using the Killstream corporate account to extend credit for gambling a move the gunt would not know how to pull off on his own.
Dax can shit on Ralph and Ralph will do nothing because he will sweet talk Ralph up, make a joke or two, and Ralphs endorphins and need for a father figure kick in. Dax also gets off on pushing and pushing the line as far as he can with people especially if they are close to him. Dax also loves gaming the system. Dax will sway with the grift but keep his insults in the realm of "minor ball busting".
They are in too deep with each other.
My guess is if they do finally blow up at each other an explosion of nasty shit will come out. The shit that happens at the barbie dream mansion that is less than uberchad, advice Dax gave Gunt on starting up LLCs and getting credit lines (remember Dax OPENS credit lines for pussy), leaked DMs asking gunt who to cover and what to sweep up, Dax vague posting how he wishes someone would be his Flaggot in shining armor cause if he got caught being a flaggot it'd be over then an over egar ralph vague posting "oopsies look what happened. Do you love me now daddy Dax." and trying to figure out how to game views and rig algorythms in their favor.
