This is a naive take for a couple of reasons. All those populations of people who out-reproduce whites also DIE faster. Not everyone in those populations wants gibs, plenty are perfectly willing and able to think for themselves when they get the freedom to. You're failing to factor in child mortality rate. That huge birth rate in Africa is slashed in half once you factor in half the kids will be dead before they're twenty.
