Just last week had someone think it was a smart idea to let their Rottweiler off the leash near a busy intersection at 10pm at night. Of course, the dumb dog decides to run after a car on the road and of course, the dumb cunt owner ran after it, right infront of my car. If not for being the designated sober driver of the night and slamming on the breaks, would probably have ran both of them down. That's not counting idiot drivers, people on bikes/scooters, people walking down busy 4 lane fast roads, or people flinging open their car doors on narrow streets without looking to see if a car is driving past.
