Hey Nick, I've got a lead on what might be an interesting story, especially if you can land this guy for an interview. A guy named Kevin Gaughen won an election as a write-in candidate for auditor for his township in Pennsylvania - basically someone who's supposed to have oversight over what the executive board is doing and make sure they're not doing corrupt shit. When he showed up to be sworn in, the board awkwardly didn't recognize him, then played stupid and told him he'd be sworn in later. He then got an email from the board basically saying that since the board had hired an external accounting firm, he was no longer needed for the position he was elected to. He was able to meet up with another elected auditor and they had given him the same runaround. So he had a cow on Twitter and got an article in Reason written up about the situation. Here's his Twitter feed. As of his latest post on the topic, he plans to swear in with a notary and hold a meeting with the other auditor and hopefully start getting shit done.
 

Closing out the week with a LIVE INTERVIEW with Andrew Smith, aka Gunbro from the Chandler Halderson case. Andrew gave Chandler a gun. Chandler would later use it (unknown to Andrew) to murder his own parents. Should be wild!
