We don't know for sure, it's just a convenience store. Looking at the route Ralph posted, he drove Gator to Knoxville from North Carolina.

Maybe he was alluding to where he picked up Gator. Doesn't mean Gator works there. Chances are, he doesn't trust Ralph with his real address, so he simply took the bus to some remote store waiting to be picked up.
