I agree that there's no way she's 340-350 lbs. Either her scale is broken or she's purposely lying. I would love for it to be her scale is broken just to see the look on her huge face when she gets an accurate reading on an industrial size scale. But it's probably just her lying as usual.
 
Has anyone sperged on the scale she has? I remember ALR had to buy an expensive one that was specifically rated up 750 elbees. I think it's entirely possible that the scale can't handle her weight and is giving her erroneous readings. At any rate, something is going on. If I know one thing in this world it's internet deathfats and while I acknowledge she's short, I just cannot fathom a world where she is only in the 330s. Even with the skinny legend filter she uses, she's been visibly gaining weight lately and the scale has stayed the same.

Chantal sits easily at 425lbs, probably more.

She had a legit broken scale. She bought another scale where the LIMIT was 400lbs on it IIRC. One of the OG Farmers made an entire post about it a few years ago, I'm not sure if it was @Strine or @Dutch Courage (sorry the search button is not working for me right now) but I'm 98% sure those are the only two scales she's ever had. Both woud give inaccurate readings if she were to use them (if she's over 400lbs like I think she is)

Remember she never weighs herself on a flat surface, we don't see her do it usually- if we do, it's on carpet or between the doorway of her bathroom and bedroom- tile AND carpet. It's NEVER a true reading.

I was about to say, gifts don’t have tax in Canada as far as I know. Granted I’ve never been gifted enough for the government to care.

To top that off, most of the 20-50k in gift has been item value. Canada won’t tax groceries given to people, drugs bought for people, tvs and other big items bought for people. And she paid his rent in cash, there’s no way the Canadian government could tax that even if they did tax gifts… because they wouldn’t know about it.

I’d also assume they would make a case that Chantal is acting within “arms length” of Nader so her debts don’t threaten these gifts.

short of right no they dont tax "gifts" BUT ! if you are receiving government funds because you cant/wont/unable to get a job then you have to declare the $ amount of what is given to you. he has received SO SO much money (rent paid, food given, ipads, phones, tv, etc etc) that he technically no longer qualifies for assistances. because the assistance is meant to cover rent and food, not to let you live in LUXURY while doing nothing and leeching off of the Canada tax system
