Oh, this is wonderful, a couple of hookers robbed and beat him up. But I think he got the "chase" all wrong tho, it probably was the other way around, fat boy wobbling slowly away(running for him) and the two petit hookers jogging after him, catching up with him after 10sec. Bet he cried like a bitch too and was what saved him, people in the neighborhood probably thought a pig was being slaughtered and came running, scaring away the two hookers.

it's a pretty common thing to be given in a hospital, but I'm more inclined to believe he's just being himself (ie: loud and obnoxious) and they just want him to sleep or die, since mixing benzos and opiates is a good way to not wake up. Especially if you're a fat fuck with a bad heart who gets winded briskly walking 10 steps to yell at another lowcow before being arrested. Probably why his neighbor has been pulling the no speaka de english routine thus far.

Late joining the 'its all his fault' train, but I feel like its relevant to add that I have traveled a lot in my life. Third world, second world, first world. Not just traveled but lived abroad in a few places too. The people saying you just have to act natural and not be a dumbass who sticks out are correct. I've been in hella sketchy countries before and never had anything like this happen to me. The only time I ever faced a crime was being pick pocketed in London of all places (and I wasnt even a tourist, I was living there at the time). So its not the country itself that is the most important factor (unless there is a civil war or something) but rather how you behave, your sense of self-awareness, and knowing that different countries have different social norms than where you come from and also that aggressive stereotypes of ignorant foreigners (US, Russians, Brits, Gulf Arabs especially) are way more likely to have problems than normal go with the flo type people.

The hospital took one look at me and felt bad so they gave me what would normally be prescribed to patients who have severe head trauma. Look at me here winning left and right, ayylawgs BTFO'd.

These kinds of cities can be extremely dangerous for tourists. Even in Paradise (Hawai'i) tourists or marines on leave and local gangs get into brawls that lead to murder from time to time. I 100% believe he was in a fight and lost badly.
 
I'm looking to see this help transition Ralph into a fulltime scooter user. Bonus points for permanent slurred speech.
