The main thing with chibi is that he has never understood anything in his life. He knows literally nothing about how anything works so any information he relays is either inscrutable or unreliable. Nobody knows his home "ownership" situation because he is incapable of expressing it, same goes with what his job actually entails or what he's doing at school. He also falls for Cutco level scams constantly and sticks magnets to his head. What I'm saying is Chibi does things without any actual goal in mind and does nearly everything on a whim, including committing to college and getting magnet therapy and signing up for a year of personal training and deciding to move to florida after visiting disneyworld and

He hasn’t put any more thought into it than “I want to be a game designer”. He cannot code, and he has never showed any semblance of creativity either. What is there for him to do in any game design studio?

Honestly, if he wanted to start a real career around technology, he’d need to drop the gaming aspirations (at least for now), and go apply to work in a datacenter. Data centers are great for people like Adam wherein they pay fairly well, you get to learn about servers and how to perform administrator tasks on them, and you don’t have to deal with customers (and rarely, other coworkers). Pop your headphones in, kit a server, then rack and stack it. These are great entry level positions that can turn into something much more.

The only concerning bit is how he managed to destroy that SATA SSD drive the way he did. Maybe dude is just destitute for failure and will end up back at home, thumping his Bible with his mother.

I guarantee you that he can not handle the pressure or responsibility of working as an IT admin or racking up servers. I doubt he could do much more than grift people on overpriced phones.

Oh God, can you imagine the shitshow that would follow his first late night call? Or the first time he got a REAL chewing out by retarded upper management that doesn't understand or care that the problems are beyond your control? I kind of want to see him land an IT admin job just to watch the fallout.

Now that you mention it, I can vividly see this fool trying to slot RAM incorrectly and once it doesn’t go in, he applies some tard strength and manages to slice both thumbs up.
 
I really don't know why the hell Chibi works in sales. Sales jobs require a very specific personality to be successful at them, and Chibi just doesn't have that. I can imagine him doing well as a mechanic, or a gas station attendant, or some job where you work with your hands and don't have to talk to anyone.

I say this because I used to work in a sales job, and there was a guy there who was just like Chibi. Lanky, awkward, horrible facial hair, thought total strangers were his best friends, and literally wore pokemon ears and a tail to work after management okayed it, somehow. He was absolutely terrible at sales, and he just didn't enjoy his job. I ran into him a few months ago and talked with him, and he got a job at Kalashnikov USA building firearms. He talked about how he's never been happier because he doesn't have to put himself into the product and he doesn't have to talk to people unless he wants to.

TL;DR Chibi is moving to Florida so he may as well build AKs once he's down there.

I kind of guessed he would go indie, it falls perfectly in line with his gaymer attitude and his retardation. Still I would love to see what he would make, knowing him it would probably be le quirky Earthbound RPGMaker... Or perhaps a platformer?

Even with a degree in game development / games programming, if you aren't doing a Comp Sci class with a specialization in games development, the degree is essentially worthless.

Then again most degrees are worthless because employers want results not pieces of paper. Want to work in game development? Make a game.

100% this. Most places hiring for developers would really prefer if you’d be qu—ick to provide a link to your GitHub or portfolio. This is almost a requirement in game dev. Chibi has a Discord server willing to write rudimentary code to satisfy the requirements of his trade skill scam college. This isn’t going to net him his “dream job”.

Instead of spending hundreds of dollars in ugly Pokemon outfits, he could buy RPG Maker or something, dabble around with that, fail, but at least say he tried. He wouldn’t even need to buy assets because he could draw them himself. Any shred of potential this guy has is immediately nullified by his own conceit.

Any gun that that overgrown garden gnome builds will make that curved shotgun from Tom & Jerry look like a preferable alternative.

If I had to give that retard any kind of advice on what kind of work he should be doing, I'd tell him to go into a kitchen and start washing dishes. He'll make minimum wage at least and he won't have any time to check discord. He can do it in Florida where there's tons of blacks. A kitchen full of angry loud black/brown men will either break him or raise his testosterone until he can hold his own in there.
 
This thread has probably put more thought in Adam's potential game than he has. Like nearly all people who shout "I'm gonna make a game!" he either has no idea what he wants to make, or it's got such a ridiculous scope that a triple A studio would laugh him out of the room. Odds are high his "big idea" is less a game idea and more a kingdom hearts tier story he thinks will be the next big RPG, or a pokemon MMO. This is of course, giving Adam the benefit of the doubt, that he has a game idea at all, and doesn't just want to be a game developer because "I love video games you guys!"

It's also hilarious how within the same week he went from "this cellphone job is my life, I will die without it" to "Yeah I'm gonna be a video game designer, guys!"

You know, speaking of lego sets, I'm a little surprised he didn't drop the excessive money on the "Officially Licensed Nintendo" sets over the holiday season. $50 and over for these tiny ass sets that are useless to "play Mario" with unless you get them all.
