If we're going to be real, Chibi can absolutely redo himself. Remake his image. I mean, who doesn't like a good redemption arc? If he shaved or at least trimmed his beard, gave up with the faggy long hair and just kept it at a moderate length, maybe invested in some cheap cologne and some adult sheets....I think he'd make a decent looking dude.
