The part that really got me was the stage where they cut out the sinus area above the nose for literally no reason, then cut it in half, and literally glued it back together with Polymer.
I've watched enough reconstruction videos to get that when an industrial accident happens, these surgeons can do the lords work.
I can share those vids where they cover that, but it would be off topic here.
However, in the case of Facial Feminization surgery, it just seems like as Exulansic put it "They do a lot of unnessacary cutting."
Maybe someone could clear that up, but I get that if one is dumb enough to get this surgery, altering the brow line to some extent, at least around the eyes is good.

I have to admit the graphics artist was mostly cream of the crop.
But that surgery just looks like some jackass surgeon slapped a bunch of surgical tools together and called it facial reconstruction.
I wouldn't be surprised if the surgeons involved in this had meth and cocaine addictions they had to support, destroyed their financial security, and then just mauled people so they could get more cocaine, painkillers, and meth, and then they just die of a drug overdose before a county mounty serves them.

I agree with this sentiment, although I don't quite agree that normal behavior should be "rewarded" (though I suspect that's not what you intended to say with that word choice). Normal behavior should be expected and people who exhibit it should be included as usual into normal social interactions while those who don't should be excluded and shunned, and imprisoned if they start causing real harm.

It's similar to how self-proclaimed "virtuous" pedophiles make a big stink about how they're "one of the good ones" who've always successfully resisted their urges and made every effort to shape their lives so that they're never exposed to children or put in positions of trust over them. They really do act like they want a fucking medal for not diddling kids. Nah, mate, you still get the bullet. I don't expect anyone to pin a medal on my chest for never having killed anyone; that's just normal behavior.

I chose "reward" intentionally. You can't approach people with only negative reinforcement and expect anything but violence eventually.

One major thing that keeps people from indulging their worst impulses is their tether to society. One great way to maintain that tether is to positively reinforce normal behavior while strongly negatively reinforcing deviant behavior.

This is their way to make the middle of the forehead appear flat. The bone in front of the frontal sinus is very thin; they can't just shave out the excess bone. Hence a little cutting and realignment is needed to get rid of the bulge.

The main thing that's always stuck out to me about this one is how incredibly ugly he is. Even for a male, his facial structure is just unfortunate beyond words.
