It is impossible to tell because now you don’t know what is the result of brain damage from puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones from early puberty.
If the stuff about his childhood is true he might have been the type to actually troon out before the current gender mania began. An HSTS “troon classic” if you will. I do think he passes reasonably well appearance-wise for a woman with a strong jaw; some Slavic women especially have square jaws like that.
But there is something weird about the rest of his features, like is face is too small for his skull. And he looks really young, not in a good “I have nice skin” way; he looks like a teenager whose features haven’t quite matured. I thought he was 18 or 19 from pictures, but he’s close to 30.
The issue here is that Kim started treatment extremely early, and so this is the “best” result TRAs can hope for. Leaving aside the ethics of troonery in general and the fact that he still isn’t a woman despite “passing” or not: this is the absolute summit of early-as-possible hormone therapy. This is what apparently makes it worth it to stunt puberty and destroy growing bones and mutilate kids. This is the best they can do with all that experimentation and power. A weird-looking childish face on a giant skull.

re: puberty blockers, why do they keep saying it "buys time" when all children studied go on to HRT? give us one example of a child who took lupron for a gender identity exploration in particular and didn't troon out. they are kind of implying things would go on as normal even though they halted development at a formative stage. i don't think any parent would be inclined to call it off. because at least there's a protocol for troonouts, you're on your own if you abandon the process with a partially stunted, sterilized child who needs to be on their own sex's HRT for life. waiting for the first generation to talk about their experience with a useless lupron experiment soon though. imagine your parents disabling you without even the fig leaf of trooning out.

Okay now I went and looked at more recent pictures and I might take back the comment I made about Kim Petras passing: he appears to be suffering from a late-onset case of Jazz Jennings Syndrome, a condition I just invented in which the testosterone just keeps creeping up on you after puberty and makes you grow and masculinize, and also you get fat:

Edit: and you know what proves that no one thinks of him as a woman? He didn’t get any comments about putting on weight, and no one roasted him for that terrible outfit or his visible and extremely obvious “wardrobe malfunction” with his underwear showing. No one would have let him go onstage with that style of underwear showing if he was an actual female, just out of sympathy/pity.
In some ways that’s a bonus for him (the media treats female celebrities awfully) but it also just shows that he’s not really one of the team. Offering some Power level cause my own experience seems kinda less usual nowadays:
(Bear in mind, this was around 10 years ago, I was both from a third world country where troon stuff was not as prevalent IRL at the time and diagnosed with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders so there ws also a disconnect from what my peers were doing) I just reeeeally hated the idea of using my genitals in any sexual way. Masturbation, sex, anything like that before I never even wanted to thinking of doing or aknowledging them in any way. When I learned of gender dysphoria at first it seemed fitting cause at the time some people seemed to also be completely umcomfortable with their genitals, and while the SRS always looked stupid, stuff like hysterectomy/vaginectomy or orchiectomy and the nullo stuff seemed like a very nice way to get rid of body parts for me and what I assumed others in a similar situation. It started becoming clear though that it was much more an issue of how others related to them than how they related to themselves to a lot of troons, and the "trapped in the wrong body" usually had a rather sexual compenent. The sexual arousal and stuff was what made me most uncomfortable and baffled because it was so opposite to my own situation I thought it was impossible that I had the same mental illness than these people
