Freezing Deagle National articles & a new Jan article

Here's what's going to happen:

1. All articles about Deagle Nation will be locked.
2. Any articles that were marked for cleanup or used old templates and category systems will have those offending items removed and the {{ps-dn}} template will be added instead.
3. The {{ps-dn}} template automatically adds an ombox saying the article is historic and "canon".

All articles about DN except Jan's will be affected by this. Any "{{wip}}" templates will be removed. Any direct page categories will be removed.

We'll have two articles about post-Deagle Nation: Jan's, and how DN was discovered.
