Can you really say that these people wouldn't be better off in the ground? How much money would we save each and every year?
If it works, we could expand the law to more groups as deemed necessary.
Are there really any moral issues with this? When you stop thinking of them as 100% people and think of them as mostly loud tomatoes it becomes a much easier decision.
