I think it can be expanded upon to include it. Usually, lonely men like that even pretransition have a reaon they're seen as undesirable: harsh personality, autistic disorder, poor hygienic, or even simply not going outsids which equals to not being avaliable in general, and the like. Whatever isolates you, men like that have an increased risk of falling into coomerdom where they consume too much porn that only their kinks get them off.
