I mean. All can be explained if you view both R and D as part of the loose coalition of uniparty stooges. They might have once been genuinely different parties with genuine political ideals, but that was probably back in the 70s... maybe 80s the latest. By the time of Clinton et al, there's just this performative opposition by the other side, but nothing actually seriously challenging the other side in power... until Cheeto Hitler at least.

In order:
The Right and Left got together and made a Uniparty who sought to control everything, this was mostly run by the left who were in it for massive personal power where as the right was in it for massive personal gain. A distinct if fine difference.
GOP leaders right now aren't making hay of the Arizona audit because right now it's going through a battle in their Senate to determine what exactly they should do about it. Until then, and until they weather whatever backlash many come, other states are keeping quiet to let it play out.
January 6th is a nothing burger. It's just... blegh. The right can't use it because it was a riot, even if a not very destructive one. The left -want- to use it, but the only actual death from it was on the right and no real damage happened. There is no way to -use- it.
In the end, the GOP is busy being slowly purged by Trump, and anyone not in line for that is waiting for events to continue to figure out how to use any of it.

Biden seems to be failing at all of these. Political capital is spent, key supporters are fighting, DNC is out of money if reports are right, and there are too many key supporters that all have their own goals.

The big important thing about controlling the treasury is the idea that you must be in control of how and when you reward supporters. They must remain reliant upon you, just as you must be reliant on them. The problem for Biden is that he has nothing to reward at all. It becomes a catch-22, because he cannot control the treasury he cannot keep key supporters which means he cannot refill his treasury. The reason he couldn't originally pay off his supporters was because they had too many with two divergent views, meaning they couldn't agree how to pay, meaning he couldn't satisfy them.
