I don't know what it is with some people that their face just immediately signals that there is something deeply wrong with them. Even in the normal photo he just sets off all sorts of alarm bells. The ears… what is it with the ears? The face thing is real though - humans are exquisitely wired to read faces and a lot of developmental issues have facial ‘tells.’ The face overlays the brain as the baby develops and significant facial deformities can often reveal a brain issue below - for example holoprosencephaly. Lots of genes have functions both in brain and facial development and geneticists can often eyeball a face and tell you what a person has even if it’s very subtle. There are apps that do it now as well - you can put a patient photo in and it will give you a best guess as to what the issue is.
So while phrenology/physiognomy may have been a bit of bunk, there’s a kernel of truth behind it.

Here is a very quick introduction to a new troon i found when searching for news about the Webberley tribunal. My estrogen engorged spider senses tingle and when i have more time i will dig a bit deeper.
I came across this personal blog and at first glance you would be reasonable to presume based on the design and cadance of the author that this is just another angsty teenage whatever on course to become the opposite.

Which explains why troons are so god damn delusional & seemingly unaware they live & look like pigs. But having a neurological issue with self perception is very different than my brain shows I'm actually a woman !
In regards to you second point. Hermaphrodites don't exist in humans. You're either a female with a hormonal issue that causes a masculinization of your clitorus, or a male who can only partially process androgen so you end up with a partially developed penis & scrotum. No one has both a fully developed penis & vulva.

IIRC you can search back in this thread and find him yelling like a hardened activist from day one of his coming out; hilariously full throttle like a mulatto in a dashiki.
