I am unironically in favor of people like this. The more bullshit like "I'm a biological female who identifies as a femboy" comes out, the more people will start ignoring all of it. If there's no difference between transwomen and women, why can't women identify as transwomen?

ETA: I don't necessarily think they're trans because of their appearance which, while not necessarily incriminating is at least ambiguous, but because of the way they post and the things they post which is basically all just selfies and DnD. Note the obvious error of saying XX males exist in the same way XY females do, showing an absolute lack of understanding about sexual development in a smug tweet about how transphobes don't understand biology. Then "Stephanie" chimes in with the 3% number, which is another commonly quoted ridiculous statistic that they are hoping no one looks into too deeply (to get a number that large, you have to count stuff like hypospadias and undescended testicles at birth as "intersex conditions") and uses it to try to pull normal people into his garbage.

Which is why I said "the outward female phenotype" and specifically pointed out that I wasn't saying "all fetuses start off female," because I was talking about why we see female-looking humans with XY and never the opposite.

XX males do exist. During meiosis (the sperm/egg producing version of mitosis, where cells go haploid) there's a phenomenon known as "crossing over" where the chromatids swap versions of genes (alleles) around. This is why someone might end up with their grandmother's black hair but not their grandmother's brown eyes.
Anyway the sex determining region of the Y chromosome can end up crossing over to the X chromosome if the process really shits the bed, resulting in an XX male - typically infertile and they'll basically always have malformed genitals, weirdly patch body hair or gynecomasty (bitch tits).

Anyway, what causes troons to seethe and cope is that if you have normal male genitals and had a normal male puberty (and especially if you've fathered children) you are 100% guaranteed not to be intersex. The intersex argument essentially only applies to trans men, but it's always trans women arguing that you don't know their chromosomes.

You shouldn't cater to someone's delusions because it'll damage their ability to be functional adults and make them worse. Most autistic people and a fair few down's syndrome people are fully competent adults just with the odd quirk, or can achieve a level of functionality if that's worked at, but when they've got it bad they're essentially little kids in many ways. So it's harmless to indulge their little notions because it makes them happy.
