You're cherrypicking, of course lesbian will date the obvious clockable trans "men" because they don't look like one.
This implies that even half of ftms look like real men, which I don't think is remotely true. Anyone who reads this thread should know that online pictures are usually carefully selected, and even the most "unclockable" ftm is going to look like a beanpole little boy or weirdly curvy "man" next to an actual man, similar to how even more "passing" mtfs (like Hontra...the bar is low) look like men next to actual women. I'm not trying to say lesbians are going to be into Buck Angel, but rather it's not surprising lesbians will be more open to dating trans men nor that trannies ree about this, for reasons stcstnr elaborated upon.
The point is that lesbians are same-sex not same-gender, so it logically tracks that lesbians will be into some ftms, and that the reason they are attracted isn't just hurrdurr vagina but because they're women. For a non-insignificant portion of ftms (esp. those not medically transitioning), the line between ftm and butch is pretty blurry.
If putting on a wig, wearing a dress, and having pathetic

or just being a dude and banking on lesbians' attraction to butches was enough to get lesbians to fuck men, men would already be doing this and mtf transbians wouldn't be whining about how nobody wants their flaccid girldique.

Again, I'll just cite the insane popularity of the "
Biebians" thing. It is literally one of the most common lesbian stereotypes to be into a "teenage boy" (honestly I don't really agree, if only because teenage boys don't have female bodies) look. Like, do you think that lesbians will have sex with a twink because butch women look masculine? Or that lesbians select partners based on how feminine their presentation is? I don't get the logic here.
Anyways, don't want to derail so I'll stop now. But it's kind of insane that so many men straight up can't understand it, and it makes me wonder if straight men are attracted to women in a different way to lesbians or something (probably, given that men and women experience attraction differently). Like, I've never met a lesbian with a futa or trap or shemale/tranny fetish, but it seems common enough among straight men (gay men don't seem into it at all, either) and it's baffling.
