I went back and watched some of the head mate videos where she does that same weird non-accent for two different head mates. It got me thinking about how she takes on the medical conditions of everyone around her, so I have to wonder if the parents of the kids she nannied were European immigrants with strong accents and she just decided to absorb that, too. Download and install yt-dlp (if you're still using youtube-dl, upgrade)
Run with the following command line options:

It will download the video and add metadata to the file. kf strips the metadata from uploaded videos (afaik), but it's worth having on your local archive copy so you can view the post text that was made with the video.
