If the allegations regarding his misuse of NICS in the pursuit of revealing the identities of those who left negative reviews on the business are proven to be correct, there is quite a high likelihood of the aforementioned taking place. Holding an FFL and engaging in firearm-related business in general aren't exactly Felon-friendly business sectors.

As far as I know, you don't necessarily need an FFL to run a shooting range, only to be able to sell and transfer firearms at the range store. Losing the FFL would take a chunk of their income, but wouldn't shut them down unless misuse of the NICS system is a felony, which would bar them from owning or being near firearms.

GTC has a range store where they sell guns, so they have an active FFL. The FFL is held by the company itself, with the managers of the range store listed as 'responsible persons'. It's possible that Chris wouldn't be listed on the FFL if the range shop was owned by an entirely different company, but the FFL is registered to Guardian Training Center LLC, so it's almost certain that Chris was the one to file and is thus on the FFL.

They are listed as having a type 07 FFL, which is the category for gun manufacturers, and as they sell silencers (a restricted item under the NFA) we know they filed for an SOT. This would enable them to buy, sell, assemble, and manufacture both standard firearms and NFA items (silencers, short-barreled shotguns and rifles, and machine guns). Machine guns are listed as 'coming soon' on the firearm rental page, so they are either trying to purchase a post-dealer sample or attempting to manufacture one.

kek, I don't think he'll appreciate being on the receiving end for a change.

r/Firearms, just like any other gun enthusiast fandom, shares this "protect your house and loved ones" justification to owning guns. The statement above makes zero sense as it doesn't apply to anybody he is trying to dox and shows that he is only lying about being in any real danger.

Conflating a home invasion where your options are "fight" or "die" with randos on the internet calling you an asshole is the kind of false equivalency I'd expect from Fatrick Tomlinson.

Paul's one of the best guntubers because he's actually, y'know, killed someone in self-Defense. I'm definitely putting more value on the opinion of someone who's actually had to defend themselves/those around them. He has a kill count while these dudes can only LARP as stone cold cold killers.
 
Anyone wanna bet that this faggot's range policy also bans brass catchers and steel-case ammo? I absolutely guarantee he's the kind of boomer fudd who sweeps up all your spent brass at the end of the day and takes it to the scrap yard and screeches autisticly if you "steal" or contaminate HIS brass, because it's "unsafe", of course.
