Interesting that he's looking into Naltrexone (assuming that somebody didn't mention it to him and he's looking it up). It's used to treat opioid addiction (blunts the euphoria from using, curbs cravings), and also treats alcohol dependency in much the same way. It's not a wonder-drug that cures addiction, but it can be useful with other treatment options.

I don't think Ralph genuinely wants to get sober though, he's always trying to find loopholes and shortcuts instead of addressing the problems that actually fuel his addiction.

I hope he's using the naltrexone for alcohol addiction and not because he's addicted to opioids. There's a high risk of ODing when pairing opioids with naltrexone. The medication dulls the high, which leads to addicts taking more opioids, which leads to an overdose.

If you were Ralph would you want to be sober? If I were Ralph I’d be taking as many substances I could to numb the pain of my existence and complete failure in literally every aspect of existence.

Even though blacking out and falling onto piss bottles on stream daily is the most interesting content he's capable of producing, I'll admit it's not a sustainable stream model. However, I'm not sure why he doesn't do a screenshare and browse through KF threads. Basically a knockoff, pigged-out MATI. The wigger is very obviously glued to KF and Xitter while he's streaming and he could have actual user engagement.

I know he's got a handful of mouthbreathing retards that'll paypig Ralf regardless, but does he think there's a fanbase that enjoys watching him sit silently, reading whatever's on his phone, while a YouTube video plays with the rare comment or dolphin laugh? It's clear he's bored out of his fucking mind during the daily grind and I seriously doubt he'd make less money. If anything, he might scrounge up more pesos from gaylogs. It's hard to find any real downside unless Adolwulf is such an autistic retard that he legitimately watches the KEELSTREAM for the news.
 
Ralph has a Discord server that is the new home for the Killstream and the only way to call into his show. The Discord is not run by Ralph, but a friend of Ralphs named "Mr.Pill".

I completely disagree. If this Columbian pimp can get Ralph down there, there's a decent chance we get a ransom or a snuff video out of it. Ralph tied to a chair in a hostage situation screaming about Jersh as his final words seems pretty on point.

It's basically all upside with no downside. I would assume one look of him they’d think he’d be in his 60s not 40s but Ralph would never ever go swimming. He can’t even spite walk 2 miles. Only way that would happy is there was a 3 foot wave that somehow swept his tiny fat little body out to sea. And even then with all that fat and loose skin you’d think he’d be able to float

If Ralph just fucking died swimming or of intoxicant poisoning off camera, I'm gonna feel cheated. Ralph's final moments need to be on stream, a poetic "he lived as he died", if you will.
