Yup, my wife does in a 10.5" (Thanks, SAF!). She hates my 16" 5.56/.223, but loves her little .300blk and and can shoot it accurately at 50 yards (longest range we've taken it to, don't want to get arrested because the Fudds at the outdoor range near us don't understand how courts work).
I have both a pistol length gas and a long-stroke piston .300 BLK upper. I've run them both suppressed quite a bit. I default to the piston (PWS Mk109) because I don't get gas in the face shooting it suppressed. It is a slightly heavier upper and has a bit more felt recoil. I only run supers. I've tried subs, but since I'm not using these rifles to sneak into a building and murder folks I don't care about sound signature. I've not found one type of piston to run this particular caliber, suppressed or not, better than the other.
I'd like to remind you that pistol rounds, even out of longer barrels, will certainly kill but they're nowhere close to centerfire rifle rounds in terms of lethality or "stopping power." What stops any opponent with a projectile weapon is CNS disruption (the only OFF switch type effect) or blood loss (more of a dimmer switch type effect). So without being terribly pedantic, don't be too concerned with "stopping power" of a round, which similarly to "knockdown power" isn't quite correct. Instead, experiment to find which rounds run reliably in your weapons and then train to be capable of getting multiple rounds into opponents' vital areas quickly.

The Microgun was a silly little thing. General Electric pitched it to the Airforce, who were briefly interested, but turned it down pretty quickly because it was found right away that 5.56mm just doesn't have enough useful range for air-to-air or air-to-ground purposes. Part of GE's pitch was a setup with a tripod which could be taken down into six major parts, which they nicknamed the "6-Pak." Unlike the Minigun, nobody ever found any particularly practical appeal in the Microgun, so there were never any sales, and probably only a handful of prototypes were ever built, now gathering dust in GE's reference collection.

I've been pretty happy with the Attero Arms Bravo mount on my RH-10, which I picked up because RS Regulate mounts were perpetually backordered at the time. It replaces the rear sight leaf and is available in multiple varieties including basic-ass picatinny if you want to keep your options open. Not helpful if you're mounting anything with a specific eyebox, but for a dot, it's pretty great, holds zero and requires no permanent mods to the rifle.

No ear pro, nothing in his carrier pouches, and his clothes and boots are quite clean. I'd say he's likely not done anything yet. Hopefully he's done some dry fire practice in his kit or he'll find out the hard way that shit will tie you up/impede action in unexpected ways.
