The absolute funniest outcome is that their son Ethan snakes Viggers in the same way Viggers snaked the allegedly schizo owner. Viggers is essentially trying the same kind of thing the owner did. It would be great if his son stole the coin shop and watched Viggers put in the back of a Bratva SUV.

On one of Vickers shows he told a story about having it framed. He had a trophy shop guy make a plaque for the frame and part of the text was o7 and the guy wanted clarification that it wasn't a typo.

It’s actually based that the HOA has policies to keep out debtmaxxing trash like the Viggers family. If you let people like them in, they’ll bring down the whole neighborhood. For example, Faifai smoked meth and there’d be methed-out squealing matches long into the night if she chose a more local pigman. Pleasantly surprised ordinary white suburbs can even still do that in Commiefornia.

This is the norm for houses being foreclosed on. People being kicked out of their house tend to lose the motivation to clean. I wouldn't doubt if they ripped out all the copper and anything else that has value as well (sinks, faucets, etc).

Well, they do if they have worms for brains because if they leave a huge mess to clean up or damage the property, they're looking at an even bigger deficiency judgment if the foreclosure doesn't take care of their debt.
