I suspect his attorney told him that if he wants to be successful in his legal war with the gunt that he has to stop antagonizing him (since Ralph bring up the podcast to the judge when he can). Given that Ralph's on the verge of being 3 months in arrears for support, I would not be surprised to learn they're going to try and get the court to intervene. Which can (though unlikely the first time around) result in an arrest warrant. Not giving him any ammo by livestreaming is one of the smarter things Vickers could do (which is why I believe it wasn't his idea but his attorney's).

It is very unconvincing if you want an injunction against someone, because you apparently fear them or something, to provoke them constantly in public. I mean if you're utterly terrified of someone, maybe you wouldn't constantly talk mad shit about them in public. Because that kind of means your claims of fear are bullshit.

I mean, maybe you could get lucky and have the kind of judge that says “oh so you super definitely 100% paid 50% of your joint vacation expenses back with mystery cash you keep under your mattress that there’s no receipts for even though you have a lien outstanding against your home, alright I see no appearance of impropriety”
